Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC)
Ibaraki Airport charges a passenger service fee for the cost of maintaining the airport facilities used by passengers, such as the departure and arrival lobbies, boarding areas, and concourse.

Domestic Flights *2015/10/25〜
The amount of Passenger Service Facility Charge (=PSFC) per person leaving or arriving

*The child fee applies to children younger than 3 if they are boarding with a children’s plane ticket.
Payment
The PSFC is paid when a customer purchases a plane ticket (on-ticket system).
International Flights
The amount of Passenger Service Facility Charge (=PSFC) per person departing from Japan
