3rd Anniversary of Spring Airlines’ IBARAKI-SHANGHAI Service Commemorative Ceremony Held at IBARAKI Airport

At the CeremonySpring Airlines marked its 3rd anniversary of Ibaraki-Shanghai service on Sunday, July 28th 2013. To commemorate this anniversary, a ceremony was held in front of the international check-in counter at the Ibaraki Airport terminal on Friday, July 26th. Mr. Kazuo Watanabe, a Managing Director of Ibaraki Prefecture Development Public Corporation and Sky Guides from Ibaraki Airport presented flowers to three representatives from Spring Airlines, Mr. Jo Shin, Japan Branch Manager, a pilot, and a cabin crew member.
Souvenirs, such as Ibaraki Airport Paper Fans, were presented to the passengers who arrived from Shanghai.

“With the support of citizens of Ibaraki Prefecture including Mr. Hashimoto, the Governor of Ibaraki, and Mr. Watanabe since the inauguration of the service in July 2010 we were able to reach our 3rd anniversary.
We have overcome the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake together, and it deepened our bond. Spring Airlines will strive to attract more people. Thank you for your continued support.”
